The variety of quizzes were nice to have. The sorting cards into piles quiz is messed up and sorts incorrectly when you drag the boxes to the option in the quiz. This is the quiz that works as index cards, not the one you find the match of. It's annoying to have answers marked wrong in the quiz, just because the functionality is poor. I also thought the videos and the recordings were really outdated and did not add much of anything to the engagement of this training, for me at least. Overall, the training was very informative, and I understand that there's a lot of information that needs to be disseminated, but this was a bit too long of an online training for my liking. I'm not sure if this is just the structure of an online or blended learning class, and maybe there are more in-person portions. I am a really hands on person and found this training boring. We talk about how you learn by doing. There was little to no doing in this training, besides the quizzes throughout to assess knowledge. There are online simulators for things like practicing a knee replacement. If there was a training that would be more interactive, like a simulator, or even just better pictures and examples throughout, that are up to date, that would make this training a lot better.

This course provides an exceptional deep dive into the complexities of high-level aquatic management. It balances the technical precision required for water chemistry and plant operations with the rigorous public health standards necessary to maintain a world class facility. The curriculum bridge is a gap between basic maintenance and true operational excellence, ensuring that every safety protocol and system optimization is handled with the highest level of professionalism.
